We do not bill insurance for these services. Our care includes a thoughtful medical evaluation, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing guidance as your needs and goals evolve.
When appropriate, we can send laboratory orders and prescriptions to providers that accept your insurance.
Our insurance-supported pathway includes benefit review and prior authorization assistance when required.
Coverage depends on your plan and eligibility. Copays, deductibles, and other out-of-pocket costs may apply.
If insurance is not an option, we’ll work together to explore available cash-pay alternatives that fit your health needs, budget, and goals—with costs explained before you move forward.

Your initial evaluation includes the first four weeks of clinical support. Membership billing begins at your first four-week follow-up.
Medication, labs, extra visits, and selected services cost extra. Eligible medications and labs may be billed to insurance by your pharmacy or laboratory; out-of-pocket costs may apply.
Compounded Semaglutide — $99 – $199 per four-week supply
Starting at $99 for the 0.25 mg weekly dose, with pricing increasing by prescribed dose to a maximum of $199.
